Through our membership in a national coalition of independent employee benefits agencies (BAN), we will be able to offer our clients in 2004 a comprehensive regulatory compliance module. This will address employer concerns regarding HIPAA and COBRA compliance, and notification requirements to employees.

We also have the ability to provide online solutions to help you distribute HIPAA privacy notices or ERISA-mandated Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) through a custom web portal called .
