A new carrier was secured for their dental plan, offering a comparable product and network at a much reduced cost. The Life, ADD and LTD were aligned with one carrier to take advantage of duplicate administration/retention cost with a reduction in cost and a multi-year rate guarantee.
An intranet site was introduced offering on-line administration of their FSA and COBRA services along with an employee self-service benefits communication portal.
