We coordinated the implementation of a self bill arrangement for their fully insured health plans; the client no longer has terminated employees lingering on a "pay as billed" statement. Consequently, this resulted in significant savings for the client.
We assisted with developing an RFP for outsourcing the electronic eligibility aspect of benefits administration for all health and welfare benefit plans. Once the vendor was selected, we continued to provide consultative/administrative support regarding file feeds and eligibility rules, etc., on an as needed basis.
