Sara Hokunson is a Client Service Manager with C.M. Smith Agency. She joined C.M. Smith in 2007 with over 10 years experience in the insurance industry and has worked for several Regional Insurance Agencies in their Employee Benefit Departments. As Account Manager she was responsible for the marketing and servicing of employee medical and ancillary benefit plans. She was involved in employee enrollment meetings, daily servicing of accounts, comparing and contrasting rates and benefits as well as delivering renewals. Sara also continually kept abreast of the various products and services available in the group insurance marketplace.
Sara is a graduate of Mitchell College, with honors. |
