Barbara H. Aiudi is Vice President in our employee benefits department overseeing many of our key accounts. Barbara has an extensive background in managed care and joins C.M. Smith from Hamilton Sundstrand a division of United Technologies Corporation (UTC) where she was manager of health and human performance.
Prior to her role at Hamilton Sundstrand, she was the senior health and safety manager at UTC for three years and the health services director at Pratt & Whitney for five years.
Barbara is a member of the Board of Directors of the Health and Performance Innovation Institute. This board is comprised of members looking at curricula for credentialing individuals in the field of Health and Performance.
Barbara was awarded her MPH from University of Connecticut, her MBA from Husson College and her BS in Nursing from Salve Regina University. She is a member of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses, the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and previous member on the Board of Directors for the Hartford Visiting Nurses Association. She also serves on the business council of the Institute for Health & Productivity Management. |
