Nancy Rausch is Vice President of the Retirement Division of the C.M. Smith Agency and has been with the firm since 1990. She brings to C.M. Smith over 23 years of experience in the benefits/insurance industry from both Agency/Brokerage and Employer perspectives.
Nancy’s key function is the oversight of the operations of the Retirement Division of the Firm. In addition to Sales, her responsibilities include project management, marketing, customer service, compliance liaison and training.
Prior to joining C.M. Smith, Nancy was employed by Northern Telecom, Inc. as Human Resources Manager in their Boston office and by Raymond Engineering, Inc. in Middletown, CT as Benefits Specialist. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University College at Cortland, New York.
Nancy is a Registered Representative of Tower Square Securities, Inc. and is licensed to sell securities in CT, MA and NY. |
