Karen Lathrop is a Client Service Manager with C.M. Smith Agency. She joined C.M. Smith in 2006 with over 25 years experience in the managed care industry. Karen began her career with Johnson & Higgins of California and was later transferred to Johnson & Higgins of Connecticut and worked as a Senior Benefits Consultant.
After leaving Johnson & Higgins she worked for a regional Insurance Agency managing their Employee Benefits Department. Her responsibilities included overseeing the operations and growth of the department.
Karen received her Bachelor of Science from the University of San Francisco. |
