John Fitt is a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant with C.M. Smith Agency, Inc. He brings 15 years of experience in the design, pricing and implementation of employee benefit plans to the Agency. Prior to joining C.M. Smith, John spent 10 years with Prudential Insurance where most recently he held the position of Regional Sales Manager of their Connecticut Sales Office in South Windsor.
