Anne is a Client Service Manager at the C.M. Smith Agency. She came to the Agency in 2001 from Oxford Health Plans, where she was an Account Manager. In that capacity she was responsible for the preparation and delivery of group renewals, resolving major claims and billing issues and providing ongoing education to clients in the Connecticut market.
Anne is a graduate of Long Beach State University in California.
