Dan McCarthy is Vice President of Insurance and Retirement Services. He joined C.M. Smith in 1995. Prior to joining C.M. Smith, Dan was an associate of Charter Oak Financial Group in Farmington, Connecticut. Dan is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC).
Dan is a lifelong native of the Hartford area and an alumnus of the University of Connecticut. He is active in the community, having served as President of Tolland Baseball League and coaching youth sports.
