Susan is a Client Service Manager with the C.M. Smith Agency, Inc. She came to the Agency in 2002 from Barnes Group Inc., where she acted as the Corporate Manager of Benefits, managing the health and welfare plans for over 4,000 employees located nationwide. In that capacity she was responsible for the corporate benefit program, including benefits budgeting, vendor selection, plan administration, and employee communications.
Prior to Barnes Group Inc., Susan spent 15 years at Aetna. As a National Account Executive, she was accountable for client financial renewals and secondary sales on Aetna employer groups of over 5,000 employees located in the upper Connecticut and Rhode Island markets.
Susan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. |
